FAQS
How do I know if this sliding corner connector will fit my frame?
This connector is designed to fit any marquee size 30 series / Weekender model purchased through Canopy Outdoor. If your existing connectors are not made from nylon or if you aren't sure what they are made from, you can either check your original invoice to confirm the frame model or contact us directly.
How can I get my sliding corner connector to last longer?
Releasing the sliding connector doesn't require much effort, simply a firm and steady 'pull'. Avoid any excessive force or yanking of the pull pin. If too much force is used, over time this can damage the pull pin and it won't catch when locking in the frame.
If you're struggling getting the pull pin to catch when setting up, try using one hand on top of the leg pushing down, and your strong hand pushing the cross section up.
If the pull pin feels stiff and requires more effort to release, try raising the marquee leg off the ground to relieve pressure on the pull pin (this can make it easier to release). Having two people to release two pull pins on the same side, at the same time, will also be less pressure on the pin compared to doing one leg at a time.
I don't have a Canopy Outdoor marquee, but the frame looks similar. Can I purchase this for my marquee?
No. While these parts may look similar, the constructions are different and they will not work with any other brand other than Canopy Outdoor.
Can I send you my marquee for repairs?
Yes we can offer repair services at our warehouse (pick up/drop off only). Please contact us to arrange estimated costs and a formal inspection.
