How do I know if this height adjustment connector will fit my frame?
This pull pin ring is designed to fit any marquee size Circulex model purchased through Canopy Outdoor. If your existing connectors are not made from reinforced composite or if you aren't sure what they are made from, you can either check your original invoice to confirm the frame model or contact us directly.
How can I get my height adjustment connector to last longer?
Releasing the connector doesn't require much effort, simply a firm 'push back' of the clip. Avoid any excessive force or pressure on the clip. If too much force is used, over time this can damage the clip and the pin catch when extending the marquee leg.
If the clip feels stiff and requires more effort to release, try raising the marquee leg off the ground to relieve pressure on the pin (this can make it easier to release). Having two people to release two connectors on the same side, at the same time, will also be less pressure on the pin compared to doing one leg at a time.
I don't have a Canopy Outdoor marquee, but the frame looks similar. Can I purchase this for my marquee?
No. While these parts may look similar, the constructions are different and they will not work with any other brand other than Canopy Outdoor.
