How do I know if the centre dome will fit my frame?
The centre dome is designed to fit any marquee size Circulex model purchased through Canopy Outdoor. If you aren't sure what model you have, you can either check your original invoice to confirm the frame model or contact us directly.
How can I get my centre dome to last longer?
As the dome is attached to the centre pole, ensure the pole is not constricted and able to move when your marquee is installed. The centre pole is designed to handle pressure from wind or rain, so if it can't move, then your frame will be susceptible to damage. Properly weighting your marquee down for the weather conditions of the day will also help protect your frame.
I don't have a Canopy Outdoor marquee, but the frame looks similar. Can I purchase this for my marquee?
No. While these parts may look similar, the constructions are different and they will not work with any other brand other than Canopy Outdoor.
Can I send you my marquee for repairs?
Yes we can offer repair services at our warehouse (pick up/drop off only). Please contact us to arrange estimated costs and a formal inspection.
