How do I know if the Support Pole Cap will fit my frame?
This connector is designed to fit any marquee size Circulex model purchased through Canopy Outdoor. If your existing connectors are not made from reinforced composite or if you aren't sure what they are made from, you can either check your original invoice to confirm the frame model or contact us directly.
How can I get my Support Pole Cap to last longer?
The support pole cap is designed to protect the supporting pole, as well as cover any sharp/rough metal edging from the pole. These parts are very hard to break, but if rough handled they can loosen overtime and go missing. When setting up your Circulex frame, try to line up the support poles before clicking them into the place.
I don't have a Canopy Outdoor marquee, but the frame looks similar. Can I purchase this for my marquee?
No. While these parts may look similar, the constructions are different and they will not work with any other brand other than Canopy Outdoor.
Can I send you my marquee for repairs?
